Smoked Fish and Avocado salad


2 Avocados

600g Smoked fish
1 punnet Cherry tomatoes
150g Baby rocket (or lettuce)

1cup Sour cream

1 Lemon
2 Tbsp Fresh dill
1 small chilli

Salt & freshly ground pepper 


Toss smoked  fish, peeled and sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes and rocket leaves (or lettuce) together and arrange in a serving bowl.

To prepare the dressing:

Stir sour cream, lemon zest of a lemon and 1 tbsp lemon juice, chopped chili and chopped fresh dill together to form a smooth dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve dressing on the side to pour over salad.
